Full Bio:
Meet Noa Sullivan
I'm Noa, the founder and main recipe developer here at Noa Recipes. For years, I found myself completely overwhelmed by the daily question: "What's for dinner?" As a working mom, I was tired of complicated recipes that required ingredients I couldn't find and dirtying every pot in my kitchen. I needed real solutions. So, I started developing my own system for getting wholesome, delicious meals on the table in 30 minutes or less, and I haven't looked back since.
My Culinary Philosophy
Time is Precious: I believe dinner shouldn't take all night to prepare. If a recipe takes more than 30-40 minutes from start to finish, I don't make it on a weeknight.
Accessible Ingredients: I always build my recipes around things you can actually find at your local grocery store. No ordering specialty items online just for a Tuesday night dinner.
Family-Approved: I test everything on my own family. If it doesn't get a thumbs up from everyone at the table, it doesn't make it onto the website.
My Background & Expertise
I didn't go to culinary school. Instead, my kitchen education came from a decade of trial and error, burning dinners, and figuring out how to salvage them. I spent years refining techniques to cut down prep time without sacrificing flavor. Today, my mission is to empower other busy home cooks to feel confident in the kitchen. I want to give you back your evenings while still feeding your family beautifully.
