Ingredients:

  • 24 oz frozen pre-cooked beef meatballs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly brush with 1 tbsp olive oil.
  2. Spread the 24 oz frozen meatballs in a single layer on the sheet. Leave space between them.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are sizzling and mahogany in color.
  4. While the meat roasts, combine 1/2 cup grape jelly, 1/4 cup chili sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar in a saucepan.
  5. Heat the sauce over medium heat. Whisk until the mixture is velvety and bubbling.
  6. Transfer the roasted meatballs to a bowl. Pour the hot glaze over them.
  7. Toss with tongs until every meatball is fully coated.
  8. Put the glazed meatballs back on the parchment lined baking sheet.
  9. Set the oven to Broil. Place the pan on the top rack.
  10. Broil for 2-3 minutes until the sauce bubbles into a sticky lacquer.
