Ingredients:
- 24 oz frozen pre-cooked beef meatballs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grape jelly
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly brush with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Spread the 24 oz frozen meatballs in a single layer on the sheet. Leave space between them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are sizzling and mahogany in color.
- While the meat roasts, combine 1/2 cup grape jelly, 1/4 cup chili sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar in a saucepan.
- Heat the sauce over medium heat. Whisk until the mixture is velvety and bubbling.
- Transfer the roasted meatballs to a bowl. Pour the hot glaze over them.
- Toss with tongs until every meatball is fully coated.
- Put the glazed meatballs back on the parchment lined baking sheet.
- Set the oven to Broil. Place the pan on the top rack.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes until the sauce bubbles into a sticky lacquer.
