Ingredients:
- 32 oz frozen pre-cooked beef or pork meatballs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Lightly grease the bottom and sides of your slow cooker with olive oil.
- Pour the frozen meatballs directly into the pot without thawing.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth and glossy.
- Pour the glaze over the meatballs and use a spatula to toss them until every meatball is evenly coated.
- Cover with a tight-fitting lid and set to Low for 6 hours or High for 3-4 hours.
- If cooking on high, stir once halfway through. The dish is ready when the sauce has thickened into a velvety consistency.
