Ingredients:

  • 32 oz frozen pre-cooked beef or pork meatballs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Lightly grease the bottom and sides of your slow cooker with olive oil.
  2. Pour the frozen meatballs directly into the pot without thawing.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth and glossy.
  4. Pour the glaze over the meatballs and use a spatula to toss them until every meatball is evenly coated.
  5. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and set to Low for 6 hours or High for 3-4 hours.
  6. If cooking on high, stir once halfway through. The dish is ready when the sauce has thickened into a velvety consistency.
